EXPO Katowice S.A. in liquidation

 

The shareholders of EXPO Katowice S.A. have resolved to place the Company into liquidation as of December 1, 2025. This decision initiates standard liquidation procedures in accordance with applicable commercial law regulations.

During the liquidation period, the Company will continue to fulfil all required legal obligations and conduct activities related to the winding down of its operations.
