L-PUR® polyurethane screens
We will be taking our bestseller to Katowice, the L-PUR® screens, which are the most important element that determines the profitability of the entire sorting process. Our product range includes modular screens, insert screens, stretched screens, as well as Livell and Binder mats. We have tested modular panels, among others, in the world’s largest open pit copper mine Chuquicamata in Chile. As a result, we know that they are characterized by:
- high durability and longer service life,
- repeatable screening quality,
- self-cleaning effect,
- quiet operation.
L-PUR® panels
Our product range also includes polyurethane panels, which are ideal for use as chute liners, among other applications. We offer corrugated, smooth, sheet, mesh, grooved and pocketed panels. Our L-PUR® makes them flexible, resilient and shows high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. This is why they are so often used in mines and gravel pits. The plates reduce the adhesion of the transported material in the transfer, plus they can be easily adjusted to the desired shape.
They are also used in the concrete industry, for which we manufacture high-quality polyurethane products, including, among others, concrete mixer blades.
L-PUR® pulleys and rings for conveyor belt
We also offer pulleys and rings with L-PUR® coating, which ensures the durability and quiet operation of the conveyor belt. Products are prepared by us based on specifications.
Conveyor belt scrapers
Our booth will also feature conveyor belt scrapers, including complete conveyor belt cleaning systems. They perform the basic function, i.e. effectively collect material without damaging the belts.
Hydrotransport – pipes, pumps, elbows
We have also been active in the hydrotransport industry for many years, offering modern and complete solutions. Pipeline failures are often the result of leakage of components. Polyurethane products with increased durability and flexibility come to the rescue. This, in turn, reduces the risk of failure and downtime. Our product range includes pumps, elbows and pipes lined with our L-PUR® polyurethane.
