Law of May 14, 2020. (on amending certain laws with regard to shielding measures in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, commonly referred to as Shield 3.0 – published in the Official Gazette of May 15, 2020, item 875 , which, among other things, amends the Act of August 30, 2019 on amending the Act)- the Code of Commercial Companies – extended the deadline by 2 months, i.e., from January 1, 2021 to March 1, 2021 for the expiration of the validity of the share documents issued by the Company.
As of the same date, i.e. March 1, 2021, the entries in the shareholder register will become effective.
