Training methods

During the training, we focus on a practical approach to teaching, combining theoretical introductions with interactive exercises and speech simulations. Participants receive ongoing feedback from the trainer, allowing them to immediately correct and improve their presentation techniques in real time.

  • Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques

10:30 – 11:15 Preparation for a speech

  • What materials to prepare?
  • How to adapt the content to the audience?

11:15 – 12:00 Practical exercises: the first speech

  • Feedback and analysis of the speech with the trainer

12:00 – 12:30 Lunch break

12:30 – 13:15 Body language and non-verbal communication

  • What signals do we send nonverbally?
  • Techniques for using gestures and facial expressions

13:15 – 14:00 Voice and articulation

  • Voice technique exercises
  • How to modulate your voice to get the listener’s attention?

14:15 – 15:15 Practical exercises: second speech
