Conference rooms
On the first level of the ICC, there are 29 meeting rooms of various sizes for conferences, banquets, business meetings, training sessions or workshops. Each room is equipped with:
projector, screen and microphones
overhead sound system
blackout blinds in rooms with windows
Auditorium
The auditorium is a 588-square-meter conference space consisting of:
- 8 x 16 m stage equipped with projector, screen and microphones
- 4 translation booths
- 570 seats equipped with:
microphone, USB current socket, voting system - professional sound system
The auditorium can be complemented by an upper foyer, which allows for the preparation of registrations, the organization of refreshments for guests and presentations by partners of a given event.
The foyer has an original design and an infokiosk system.
Ballroom
A 1,188-square-meter ballroom with the possibility of dividing into 3 independent, smaller rooms.
The room is equipped with 3 projectors and screens,, rolets blackout windows and a ceiling sound system.
The banquet hall is an ideal place to hold a conference, anniversary, debate, lectures or workshops.
As a complement to the ballrooms, the 400-square-meter foyer can also be rented.
The foyer will be ideal for: coffee breaks, cocktails or presentation of the stands of the partners of the event.
